Product Functions and Usages
"LLM"automatic medium-speed small pulverizer for charging machine is suitable for crashing and recycling of various plastics.Its features include easy operation,good quality,reasonable price,small dimensions,easy maintenance and lower powders(Power separation machine is equipped).This machine uses adjustable claw knife to speed up crashing and prolong the life time of the knife.
This machine can be installed at the plastic jetting-molding machine and the degraded materials & waste materials generated in injection molding can be carried into pulverizer for crashing.After crashing,ther will be sent to power separation machine with high-speed fan for mixing with new materials in certain proportion.After mixing,it will be sent to plastic-melting barrel for melting.The main functions of this machine are:the time for recycling materials is short(within one minute),the physical properties and colors of the degraded materials will not be changed because of oxidation and dampening.Therefore effects of guaranteeing quality,reducing wastes and raise productivity can be achieved. |
